Maximize your Savhera Starter Kit (Singles)

It’s recommended to dilute essential oils before applying topically. If you’re new to a specific oil, test diluted oil in a small area of your skin first. 

Organic Lavender

Recommended dilution for topical application: 5% – neat.

  • Sleep Enhancement: Add 5-10 drops to your bedside diffuser. 
  • Sunburn Relief: Add 1 drop of lavender essential oil to each tablespoon of aloe gel to cool and soothe. 
  • Calming Bath: Add 5 drops of lavender to an unscented liquid soap (like castile soap) or a mild carrier oil and mix into bathwater. 
  • Bug Repellent: Mix a few drops of lavender with unsweetened lotion for a natural insect repellent that doubles as a moisturizer! 
  • Aching Muscles: Add a few drops to an Epsom salt bath or foot soak. 

Organic Peppermint:

Recommended dilution for topical application: 3% – 33%

  • Workout Motivation: Diffuse before and during your home workout or yoga session for an energy boost. 
  • Fight Fatigue: Because of its invigorating aroma, peppermint oil is the perfect oil to add to your diffuser during groggy mornings or afternoon slumps. 
  • Itch Relief: Add a few drops to a mild lotion and apply to bug bites. Not recommended for broken skin! 
  • Heartburn or Stomach Ache: Add a few drops to a carrier oil or mild lotion and rub into your stomach or chest. 
  • Nausea: Massage diluted peppermint oil onto your stomach. Dilute a few drops into a carrier oil or cream and dab under your nostrils. 
  • Headache: Massage diluted peppermint oil into your forehead, temples, and neck. 

Organic Tea Tree

Recommended dilution for topical application: 3% – 50% 

  • Dry or Irritated Skin: Add a few drops to your moisturizer or a carrier oil for relief and hydration. 
  • Combat Oily Skin: Mix a few drops into your toner, moisturizer, or sunscreen. 
  • Dandruff: Add a few drops to coconut oil and massage into your scalp and rinse. Repeat as needed. 
  • Acne Treatment: Dilute 2 drops of tea tree into 2 ounces of witch hazel and use it as a daily toner to treat acne and prevent breakouts. 

Organic Orange

Recommended dilution for topical application: 3% – 50% 

  • Acne: Try a facial steam for acne relief. Add a few drops of orange oil to a bowl of warm water. Cover your head and the bowl with a towel so that your skin can benefit from the soothing steam. 
  • Sore Muscles: Add a few drops to a warm bath for a therapeutic soak. 
  • Good Vibes: Diffuse orange oil throughout your house for positivity, mood boosts, and stress relief. 

Organic Eucalyptus

Recommended dilution for topical application: 3% – 33% 

  • Respiratory Relief: Diffuse as you sleep to help with nasal congestion or to soothe a cough. 
  • Ease Joint Pain: If you suffer from arthritis or other issues, try adding eucalyptus to a mild lotion or oil and massaging into your joints. 
  • Calm Nerves: Add a few drops to your diffuser or dab onto the walls of your shower to make your routine a little more spa-like. 

Organic Lemon:

Recommended dilution for topical application: 5% – 50% 

  • Mood Boost: Diffuse to help relieve anxiety and depression symptoms. Dab onto your face mask or diffuser jewelry for a mental pick me up. 
  • Stay Alert: Diffuse lemon oil when you need to focus at work, or massage into your neck and shoulders before your yoga session. 
  • Brighten Skin: The antioxidants in lemon oil can help improve skin tone and fight acne. Dilute with a mild moisturizer and apply at night as lemon oil can cause photosensitivity. 

Disinfectant: Mix with water in a spray bottle and use as disinfectant
