Did you know that some essential oils can help improve your memory? Besides smelling amazing, certain essential oils can help your brain function better and improve your daily tasks by boosting your memory!

Best Essential Oils for Memory

Rosemary

Rosemary is one of the best essential oils for improving memory. One study found that inhaling rosemary essential oil helped improve the memorization of numbers. Other studies have shown that using rosemary in aromatherapy helps prevent breakdown of acetylcholine – the chemical responsible for memory, concentration, and thinking. Rosemary has been used to treat patients with dementia. Additional studies have shown that rosemary essential oil can help improve concentration while taking academic tests and exams.

Peppermint

Peppermint is useful for stimulating the brain. For this reason, peppermint essential oil is often used to help improve athletic performance and energy. Because peppermint helps prevent mental fatigue, peppermint is a great essential oil for memory improvement. When your brain is functioning at its best, you can more easily retain information.

Frankincense

Studies have shown that frankincense essential oil improves memory and cognitive function in rats. However, more research is needed to fully understand the benefits of frankincense for human memory.

Lemon

Lemon essential oil is often used to boost mood and improve mental clarity. A study showed that aromatherapy treatment with lemon essential oil helped improve the cognitive function of patients with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.

  • I have a question on how to combine the 4 for memory and brain in a diffuser and also on the jewelry. Do you use one drop of each? I wish you had a booklet that went out with each order, so I knew how to use the oils, what each was good for and how to combine them.
I don’t want to pay this, I want someone to email me the answer.
