With their basic needs met and money in the bank, Savhera production team members are taught about saving money and developing assets. At this stage–the mezzo level–they are no longer struggling every day with threats to their economic and physical security. This enables them to move past thinking about the immediate to begin thinking and dreaming about the future.
Our human development manager works with them on planning and saving. Perhaps they would like to purchase a motorized vehicle of their own or would like to save to purchase their own home. Regardless of the dream, at this stage their budget is expanded to include not only paying off their debt and meeting their current needs, but also investing in their future. Here, they begin to see their bank account grow and develop a sense of confidence and pride.
