Self Knowledge

As our production employees heal from the emotional wounds that others have inflicted upon them, they also begin to learn about themselves: strengths, weaknesses, personality, desires, interpersonal style, etc. This self-knowledge helps them understand why they relate to people the way they do, why they get excited or drained by certain things, and why they find some things easy and others more difficult.

Here, we introduce our production team members to various personality tests, including Myers-Briggs, StrengthsFinders, Enneagram, and DISC. This not only aids in their self-knowledge, but also facilitates team building exercises and assists management with decision making regarding job placement and promotions.
