With all the stress and activity of a new year, it is important to make sure you are getting a good night’s sleep. Essential oils are a great natural sleeping aid as they have naturally soothing and refreshing properties. Sometimes diffusing essential oils while you sleep isn’t quite enough and you need to inhale them directly. Thankfully, pillow sprays with diluted essential oils are easy and affordable to make at home!
You will need:
- A 2 oz. spray bottle
- 1.5 oz. of water
- 5-10 drops of your choice of essential oil or oils (see the list below)
- Add the liquids to your spray bottle. Then add your essential oils.
- Mix the ingredients by gently shaking the sealed spray bottle.
- Once the ingredients are combined, you can spray the mixture as much as your heart desires!
